New homes can be designed to fit any budget and range in size from a small retirement bungalow to a large house for a growing family. The budget can be further affected by the choice of fixtures and fittings that are used such as the bathroom suite, kitchen units, flooring, tiles etc.
New home builders can take advantage of the latest building practices that incorporate the highest standards of insulation and safety. Efficient heating systems should be an integral part of the design as fuel costs continue to rise.
Bocage Renovations will happily undertake your new building project and we can manage all aspects of the build with our project management services or we will also quote for individual building tasks should you wish to manage the project yourself.
For a new build project we have a strict policy of only quoting a price once the client can provide us with approved plans for their project. We will take great care in providing a quotation that is accurate in both price and completion time. We will take time to discuss the fine details of the build with our clients and make sure that we address all of the options available and give our best advice possible whilst passing on the benefit of our experience. It is practically impossible to quote accurate prices for a new build project without detailed plans and much discussion, be cautious of "ball-park" quotations.
We will happily advise our clients of how to proceed with their new building project and provide advice and help with planning and building permission etc. We will also be pleased to introduce our customers to architects who can produce plans ready for approval.
As with all of our building services we only employ qualified, approved trades personnel and provide a ten year warranty with full insurance on all the work we undertake. We strictly adhere to all of the necessary legal obligations for a French building company and we are proud of our status as Artisans.
